The Lion Design provides website design, hosting, and maintenance services. Detailed descriptions of our services, including pricing, are available on our website. All services are subject to these Terms of Service.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Website Design Services: Payment must be made upfront. Prices are specified on the product pages for different services, such as custom website design, landing page design, and our all-in-one website package.

  • Hosting and Maintenance: These services are billed monthly. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your service.

4. Subscription Services

4.1 $99 All-In-One Website Package

  • Monthly Billing: $99/month billed automatically on your start date.

  • No Long-Term Commitment: Cancel anytime.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation, missed payment, or 30-day payment delinquency results in service suspension (website, domain, email). This is considered formal cancellation.

  • Purchase Options Upon Cancellation:

    • Website: $500 (or current rate)

    • Domain (if purchased by The Lion Design): $50 (or current rate)

4.2 Hosting Plan

  • Monthly Subscription: Automatically debited monthly.

  • No Long-Term Commitment

  • Cancellation Policy: Same terms as above.

4.3 Maintenance Plan

  • Monthly Subscription: Automatically debited monthly.

  • No Long-Term Commitment

  • Cancellation Policy: Upon cancellation, services cease, but updates during the term remain active. Option to purchase site/domain remains.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from The Lion Design regarding service updates, reminders, and promotional content.

  • Message Frequency: Varies based on your services and interactions.

  • Message & Data Rates: May apply based on your mobile carrier.

  • Opt-Out: Text STOP to opt-out or HELP for assistance. Opting out may impact service-related communications.

  • Privacy: Your number will not be shared or sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Content and Usage

  • User Content: You are responsible for the content you provide. The Lion Design is not responsible for any content authored by the client.

  • Prohibited Uses: You may not use our services for illegal purposes or to violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by The Lion Design (text, graphics, logos, images) is our intellectual property and protected by law. No content may be copied, reused, or distributed without written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Lion Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of our services.

10. Refund Policy

All payments made to The Lion Design are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to design deposits, subscription fees, or maintenance payments.

11. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Upon cancellation, data may be deleted. The Lion Design is not responsible for loss of data or files.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
